EXPLANATION
Our solution helps you by generating beach risks awareness. It works for you and gives you the tools to help others.
The assistant #SolcitoBot studies the conditions of solar exposure that you are on and suggests preventive measures for your care by using NASA and IBM BLUEMIX tools and data.
Our bot can also make personalized suggestions based on the user’s profile if he/she has preexisting pathologies that can be affected or triggered by the current weather or environment.
The assistant will also allow the user to visualize weather indicators, solar exposure risks, possible biological hazards(eg. jellyfishes, harmful algal blooms, etc) and recommendations according to Wold Health Organization.
All this information plus the information the users provide as feedback and contributions are stored. And they will be available for non-profit organizations as an API.
On future versions of the bot we will include a refined learning system that provides feedback and will let us improve the actions that it can take.
Our assistant will be trained with the input of users and the weather conditions so it can prevent with more accuracy.
