結合 NASA 提供的衛星資料、爬梳文獻的研究與長年和漁民交流的經驗，設計一項可提供鄰近水域適合活動與否的建議工具。
做到了
「上上籤」行前吉凶預卜系統。
還可能
未來可在水域定點設置採樣檢測設備，將可更準確建議漁民何時何地該不該捕魚；亦可納入食品履歷一環，警示消費者何處漁獲可安心食用、何處漁獲有安全疑慮。
