NASA Glenn Research Center will be hosting us again this year for another out-of-this-world hackathon!

Participation at this host location is restricted to U.S.Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs), also known as Permanent Resident Aliens (PRAs) or Green Card Holders, U.S. Citizens Representing a Foreign Entity, and persons with multiple citizenships (one of which is U.S.).

Pre-Hackathon / Mixer

We are doing a mixer on Friday evening at NASA Glenn.  This is a good opportunity to mingle with other attendees and organizers and everyone else involved in supporting such a fun event!  We will start team formation at this event.   Please RSVP so that we have an accurate head count.

Event Information

The NASA Glenn Research Center is located next to Cleveland Hopkins Airport. For directions, see this map. More details on badging and parking will be sent out a week before the event. 

Please join us! Participants of all ages, skills, and experience levels are encouraged to sign up. This is much more than a software hackathon.

You MUST bring your own computer equipment. NASA Glenn will provide internet access, but WILL NOT provide computers for Challenge participants.

We will have a limited amount of Leap Motion, Oculus Rift, Intel RealSense, HTC Vive, HoloLens, and Kinect devices. Please note that displaying your Oculus Rift and HTC Vive apps requires a very high performance computer. Laptops do not work. We will provide a computer capable of driving an Oculus Rift for actual testing with an Oculus. Please let us know as possible about your need for these kinds of devices.

All minors will need to have signed photo release and consent forms for the weekend.
