WANT TO WRITE A NEW CHAPTER IN SPACE HISTORY?

After successful NASA Space Apps Challenges earlier, this year we are coming with a BIG BANG !

The International Space Apps Challenge is a 2-Day hackathon which is a technology development marathon that draws on the talents and initiative of bright minded volunteers – developers, engineers, technologists,entrepreneurs, designers, and anyone with a passion and desire to have an immediate impact on the world. It's open to anyone who has a passion for making a difference and is focused on developing real solutions to global challenges by the end of the event.


Great minds, idea-makers, engineers, scientists, designers, artists, writers, innovators and entrepreneurs from all over Pakistan ... come join and work on finding solutions for several challenges according to 5 announced themes, along many parallel activities where you can expand your network, enrich your skills and find your next project partner. With the help of our expert mentors to give a solid support for your ideas.

THE BIGGEST HACKATHON IN THE WORLD 

The International Space Apps Challenge is the world's biggest mass collaboration focused on Space and Earth еxploration that takes place over 48-hours in more than 170 cities around the world with 15.000 participants across 6 continents. 

Space is not the exclusive domain of the government. Industry is democratizing space around the world. The global space sector is estimated to be circa $324 billion, and Industry players believe space exploration is due for a quantum leap and may become the first trillion-dollar industry. 

WORK WITH NASA ENGINEERS AND ATTEND A SPACE LAUNCH 

The participants will get the opportunity to work with mentors from academia and corporate partners, competing to enter among the 6 global winning teams that will visit NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida by end of 2017 and witness a real rocket launch into Space!

HOSTED AT

National University of Science and Technology, Islamabad is the host of NASA Space Apps Islamabad, which has a magnificent environment and a smooth flow for the 48-hour hackathon. 

Co-organized by Team RaheQamar and SimDyna, and with partial financial support from the corporate sector, the homogeneous event is to give your minds the chance to explore, develop and share your outstanding ideas and solutions.
