We are so excited to be hosting one the worlds largest hackathons the first NASA Space App Challenge in the region, here in Hull.
This years theme is Earth, and there will be a selection of challenges for you to choose from and work out with your team!
If you've never programmed before, come along. If you're great with code and want to stretch your skills. Come along. Space Apps is an international hackathon that occurs over 48 hours in cities around the world. Coders, scientists, designers, storytellers, makers, builders, technologists, and everyone enthusiastic about space come together to address challenges we face on Earth and in space!
Last years hackathon was the largest yet, and this years entries have already broken the record with more then 175 events globally and more then 15,000 attendees. We're excited to be continuing the tradition of inviting students, professionals, beginners and veterans - all welcome!
